MANILA, Philippines – Hunk actor Coco Martin finally set the records straight as rumors have been spreading on why he was removed from the cast of the movie “Dalaw.”
In an interview with entertainment show “E-Live” on Saturday, Martin clarified that his removal from the movie’s cast was due to conflicts in schedule.
“Nagkaroon kasi ng conflict, akala ko kasi aabot ang pagte-taping namin ng Idol hanggang ngayon. Nagkaroon ng conflict sa schedule kaya hindi na rin ako natuloy,” Martin explained.
The actor also shared that there was a slight difference made in the story of the film.
“Dalaw” is Star Cinema and CineMedia’s entry to the Metro Manila Film Festival in December.
It was earlier reported that Martin and Queen of All Media Kris Aquino will topbill this movie.
Meanwhile, Martin is currently taping his “Maalala Mo Kaya” (MMK) episode which tells the story of a mentally challenged person whose ambition is to become a police someday.
His MMK episode will air on November 6 on ABS-CBN.
